You can find the minimized windows on the bottom left side of the screen. Also, if you click on the window option on the top of the desktop screen you can see under the “Reset all Window Sizes and Positions” the windows that you have opened.
Please keep in mind that if you are using the tabed browssing, in the window menu only the first tab title will come up.

If 1 or more web sites are minimized, any time you go to a link/site from new email, ALL sites come up on the page as tabs, and you have to respond to the 'do you want to close all...' -- this really gets in the way. When I minimize pages or mail, I want ALL of that to STAY on the bottom of the screen until I choose to open it back up // thanks!
