I have sent this problem "{"errors":[{"id":"INVALID_CRUMB","title":"invalid crumb"}]}" that appears on my opening the "Welcome" site. I have to close it and reopen it every time. whether it is first opening or when AOL shuts down for non use. The same ERROR appears and again I have to shut down and reopen. Please clear the problem. this is my third request.

Do not charge me $17.95/month for service when you neither fix nor do your agents take charge of reporting the defect in AOL

Over two days I have spent 3-1/2 hours with two agents neither of whom could fix AOL so my printing of that messages I create and send shows the highlighting in message. The words appear but not the highlighting.

Why am I getting invalid crumb error when the welcome screen is supposed to be loaded. I took 4 tries to get the welcome screen to come on, today, normally only takes 1 try
