Email Font
I posted that my selected font, size and color will not save. I received a reply stating that my issue had been merged with another and included were the instructions for setting the font. I have followed those exact steps no less than half a dozen times and my font is still not set to what I chose. So obviously something needs to be done. This version of AOL stinks!
I’d like to have one of our Technical Support agents investigate this. Please call our AOL Desktop Gold team at 1-888-265-3733. Our experts are available 24/7 by phone.

WHY NO SPELLCHECK? GO BACK TO ORIGINAL AOL.. IF I HADN'T USED THE EMAIL NAME FOR SO MANY YEARS AND SITES I'D CHANGE EMAIL PROVIDERS. LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE! WHOSE STUPID IDEA WAS IT TO CHANGE EVERYTHING????

font changes automatically to Segoe Ul... when I hit reply to an incoming email. In personalization settings I have set up book antiqua 12 - I can reply with but all the text from an incoming email automatically changes to Segoe (which isn't even on the list of font options). I don't like it. I don't understand why has to change at all.

The technical team has not been able to fix the font on my computer after searching different places, so they suggested that I send you this post. I certainly hope you can fix this font which is VERY light and not clear or sharp. It was fine until after my first call to a technician. Now my incoming mail, out going and news are not clear at all. This last man said they haven't seen this problem before. Hopefully I will hear back from someone because we lost connection before he could tell me more about this. Thanks for your help.

I cannot change my email write font from it's current default of 10 pt. I would like to be able to change it to 14 pt. I've tried both suggested methods by going to settings/font/text and by going to AOL mail/options/compose neither will change the current default on the write page. The "settings" will revert back to the 10 pt default after saving the change. The "option" method will retain the change to 14 pt BUT the email write font is still stuck on10pt. ie : the write font does not update.

AOL allows you to have your own default font and font size, but when you use the feature 'Insert in Mail',the font defaults to Segoe Pt 10. Can "insert in mail" default to the users preferred font and size?
