i can not sign in aol gold my CC expired and not even log me in to update my CC info
please fix the bug you asking my email adress I can not even log in you beter log me in adn then ask me my CC info
Hello there, please follow the steps below in order to update your method of payment:
1. Go to myaccount.aol.com using an external browser (Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer) and sign in with your master Username and password.
2. Click My Wallet.
3. Click Payment Methods.
4. Here, you may edit a card already on file or add a new payment method.
Note: If you have selected a Debit card on file, you will be asked to type the words – I Agree – in the Type “I Agree” box before clicking Save. If you have clicked Add a New Payment Method instead of using a payment on file, you will be presented with the following screen:
Once you have completed adding your new payment details, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. After your payment method is changed for your subscription, remove the payment method you no longer want on the account by clicking Delete. You’ll receive confirmation the payment method has been removed from the account.
IMPORTANT: If the Remove icon is presented in grey and cannot be selected, it is because the selected payment method is linked to a subscription product. You must select a different payment method for your paid subscription before deleting.
