Here we go again
When I log on to aol gold I have 89 emails listed I can only see 2. When I get off aol gold and log on via explorer I can see all my mail, nuts This has been an issue for a long time have talked to several of your gold techs, they always tell me it is fixed IT IS NOT. If this was a billing issue with you not being able to get paid, YOU WOULD HAVE IT FIXED TODAY, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND SO DOES GOLD
Try refreshing the mailbox. Click on the Mail option on the top of the desktop screen and select Refresh Mailbox from the drop-down menu.
If the problem persists, please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to further investigate this issue. To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.
