Download problems
I am unable to download anything from the window to my document file that pops up. The download will not open or find the file. The only way to open it is to download to the desktop. I have spent hours on the phone with AOL to no resolve. They now tell me it is a flaw in the software communicating with Adobe. I then ask to go back to the old AOL and was told it was not possible. I asked when it would be fixed----no idea. AOL look at case number 05782061 and 04451083.

Make sure you have the latest revision. To check if the latest revision update was installed, click on About AOL from the help menu. This should be 11.0.1805. If not, click on Check for Updates from the Help menu, wait 10 minutes then close and re-open the AOL Desktop Gold.
After that open the attachments from File – Download Manager.

What you suggest below was already tried by AOL staff. I have the latest version and I can not open the download. This is a very serious problem for me. I may have to leave AOL if I can not get this fixed.
