Same old problems.
Still the same old problems. When saving emails to the Draft folder, often it takes a long time for one to be saved. Then I find that an email has been saved 3 or 4 times. Often it takes a long time for an email to be sent. Then I find it has been sent more than once. I still have to reformat when copying something from Word to the body of an email. This was never a problem before Gold. You keep on telling me to call Tech Support. I have called Tech Support NUMEROUS TIMES on these issues. And the problems continue. Do you seriously think that Gold is a better version than 9.8.2? If so, please explain why, because I don't get it.
