Get rid of the dummies who are collectively screwing up AOL. That would be the idiots from Yahoo and Verizon. Just pathetic .

20 plus years ago I got rid of Verizon. It took me 2 years to completely get that company out of my world. 10 years ago I got rid of Yahoo. Why? The product these two companies pushed was...their bottom line. Each had no clue about customer service. Now with their new ownership of AOL, they are back and still just caring about their bottom line instead of their customer's service. Unfortunately AOL has become the worst of the worst under the leadership of the Oath/Yahoo/Verizon brand. And the attitude of the new company is not conducive to usability by its customers. In fact the customer user is abused with ads and ad pop ups that have viruses in them and over cover the story trying to be read. AOL use to double check content before it accepted it to be on its pages. Now it makes navigating a single story a 20 minute process of avoiding mistakenly clicking one of these virus infested ads.
