Spam that doesn't appear on my screen so that I can delete it!
My screen tells me that I have 1 email in my Spam folder. When I go to the Spam folder, nothing is there. If I press "delete", the folder is not cleared out; if I have a 2nd piece of Spam, I press "delete all" but the phantom Spam message does not go away. The old AOL software was good; why did we have to change to something that is not configured as well as what we had? I've never had this problem before...and I want it to go away!

How are these ads that appears when the Spam Folder is opened be deleted, there has to be a way and there also should be away to block them to begin with.

Ads appear in spam folder and cannot be deleted. Very unhappy with this feature
