UPLOAD LIMITS
THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES. I'M SENDING A FILE TO MY BOSS WHICH IS 24.5 MB, HOWEVER I'M GETTING A MESSAGE THAT SAYS I CAN'T SEND A FILE LARGER THAN 25MB. THIS FILE IS NOT LARGER THAN 25MB, ITS 24.5. WHY WON'T IT GO THRU?

The 25 megabyte limit applies to the entire email, including the file attachments, formatted text and email signature. If the size of the email exceeds 25 megabytes, please compress the file attachments (using a software specialized for this), or in case there are multiple file attachments, try to send them in multiple emails.

You arent allowing us to send e-mails that exceed 25 mb. That means 25mbs for a pair of attachments wont send. Stupid! We need much larger send capacity.

simply expand the attachment allowance - I get them sent to me from other types of e-mail accounts - normally outlook, but I can not forward them

Tried to send video of a train that was about 10 seconds long. File was 70 mb. You wont send files larger than 25 mb. You need to up the limit to 100 mb. My gosh a ten second video and I cant share it with family. And no I am not compressing it. They don't know how to decompress files.

When we insert a photo we have no idea the file size. It would be really nice to know. I sent something this morning I pasted in and had no idea it was a huge file and took a long time to send.

25 mb versus 24.7 mb, AOL would not let the 24.7 mb attachment go through Why?
