Today took well over 11 minutes just to sign on and be able to use AOL. First time froze. Second time froze, finally opened but couldn't open emails. Finally third try after waiting for that spinning thing to do something it opened, although mailbox was very slow to follow and some emails still opening up blank. Ever since the last update this has become progressively worse. Any other browser opens instantly, it's AOL not my computer.

Still happening numerous times already today including emails and pages opening blank. Everything else runs fine on computer, only in Gold is there a problem and is a huge time waster.

So far today AOL has either frozen or just disappeared four times. This time it says "Something went wrong.
Error: 118 - ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"
When it just disappears then any email I am in the middle of writing cannot be sent or deleted first so when AOL is signed back into it adds to the collection of now 8 old emails that reappear on every sign in. Then the only option is to delete each every time I sign in. They cannot be sent or anything else. This also means when I sign on, AOL takes forever to load between the stupid Welcome Page and these old dead emails. So several times when trying to sign on today I couldn't even get it to do that and had to close and start all over again. When will this be fixed? Six months ago a Tech was in my computer and gave up trying to remove these old emails and now there are even more to deal with. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't do anything except for make even more work to get my tool bar and everything else back how I wanted it. I don't even want any welcome screen, I never read news any more as I am not wasting time reading a paragraph and then having to click and wait for the next page to load. The good news is since I stopped reading anything on the Welcome Screen, I don't get hardly any spam any more.
