Microsoft Word still won't work in Gold
When will Microsoft Word function again so that we can receive and read documents sent to us? It's embarrassing to tell people they have to send in another type of file just because we use AOL.

When you copy a document from Word and paste it in the body of AOL message and then send it out (for me it is press releases) it reaches the receiver all discombobulated. The formatting, spacing, etc is all changed and when you are running a PR and Marketing business this is horrible. I've been with AOL for over 20 years and never had this problem until I was forced to install GOLD. Please fix this glitch. There is no excuse for this. FIX IT!!!! I already wasted a long time with your Techs and Word still does not function like it did in 9.7. So when you respond to a concern with "have Tech Support investigate", they have and gave up after wasting both of our time. They then send me here to complain and then you try to send it back to them, what a joke. Then because AOL feels the need to hide any complaints ASAP and close comments, I could not respond to your previous answer, so here it is again with your non fix response. Quit dragging your feet on everything and just fix things so they work so everyone quits wasting time for hours on phone with your Techs. It's been a year and half we have been your guinea pigs trying to work through a terrible program that no one seems to be able to make work as it should.
