I have been on AOL since the early 1990's and have had little to no problems until AOL DESKTOP Gold! It is horrible & I may leave AOL!!!
AOL GOLD is horrible?? May leave AOL, been a member since early 1990's. Only started having problems since GOLD came out. It ******!!

My idea would be to bring it back to what it once was. You have nothing but ads everywhere. Plus I can't read my mail. If I can get it to say I have mail and I do, it won't allow me to open it. 95% of the time the email is blank after I have spent five minutes trying to get it open. I hate, hate, hate AOL. I wish I was not so deeply involved with the screen names.

get rid of desktop gold and bring back 9.7 or something similar. gold not only is absolute ****. YOU NOW TRY TO CHARGE ME FOR IT. honestly? take my product away that Ive been using for free for years. replace it with something that doesn;'t work and try to charge me for it. great tactic. I"m honestly ready to give up this email for good and switch . once it's done. you'll never get me back
