Maybe the Techs should be forced to use AOL Gold so they would realize what a mess it is
and would give them some incentive to fix all of the ongoing problems people constantly complain about that don't get fixed which are just hidden or closed. With 796 reviewed feedbacks and only 31 fixes completed in a year and a half time, this speaks volumes that AOL is not very sincere about helping their paying customers with the daily issues we deal with.
