I just spent over an hour on the phone with AOL technical support (Stacey and Randall). My address book was fine last night (9/15/18) but is missing this morning. After significant analysis, I was informed that it is no longer on your server. Apparently there are many problems due to the recent migration. Losing my address book will severely affect my business. I have lost total confidence in AOL with this issue and will move to another email company after 15 years as a customer. I would appreciate a communication directly with me. Bill E***, 8--3**
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Address Book, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please go to mail.aol.com and and sign in (preferably from an external browser), then click on Contacts on the left side, and check if your contacts are present. If you can see the contacts, please sign out and sign back into the AOL Desktop Gold, and the Address Book should automatically refresh itself.
If the contacts are missing from the AOL web-mail, please call our AOL Desktop Gold team at: 1-888-265-3733, in order to further investigate this.
Thank you.
