Restore the old spam settings. Now we only have one setting.
First you took away stationery and vast choice of fonts, emojis, etc. Then you changed how mail is set up (from new, old, sent, spam, deleted mail to current style) and the Spam settings from numerous choices to only one (blocked). it seems the longer we continue to PAY for AOL Gold, the less we are getting for our money. I see by the Feedback that I'm far from alone in feeling AOL Gold does not seem "golden" to your PAYING customers.

Be able to "permanently delete" trash without selecting as I can "delete all" spam without selecting

Something changed. Previously, deleting e-mail from the Spam folder was permanent, no back up anywhere (a 1-step method). Now, e-mail deleted from the Spam folder goes into the Recently Deleted Folder where you have to then permanently delete it (a 2-step method). Bring back the old 1-step way.

I have to open a spam e-mail and then right click on senders address and view nasty photos to send to block list. Why don' t you have a selection at the bottom of new and spammed page the option to send it to block like you have for sending to spam?

Same here. Last few months went from no spam to wasting so much time everyday adding names to block list. Something changed. Unable to block emails with certain words like "Welcome" or "Noreply". Something changed and not for the better.

I am unable to add the address noreply+noreply@*.info
to my Spam Control.
How do I fix this? -
MICHAEL GLUHANICH commented
I don't understand why AOL can not permanently block all emails that begin with "noreply+noreply" (not just put them in the spam folder)

Allow 40/50 spam emails a day using the same names like WHY, submit, and noreplay before the @. Need a way to be able to block them all.
WHY@* etc. -

I just want to pass on a compliment for a change. My Spam Filter is working great. It is catching all the email I tag as Spam and continues to catch it in the future. The filter is also catching lots of stuff before I even get it. It is very accurate. Nice work.

Any item we delete from spam should be blocked automatically.

I had over 100 spam mails yesterday. I select delete all and they all then go to recently deleted folder. Then I have to delete all of then individually. Why!!!! I guess I will have to get rid of aol and go to another email carrier??

I am receiving a lot of spam from one domain: .HOST and after calling AOL tech support, they say that there is nothing they can do... They messages/emails have already been identified as spam...so these emails from Domain HOST have already been ID as spam...
There should be a method to stop ALL EMAIL FROM THIS DOMAIN: HOST -
