This problem with "We seem to have a problem, etc, etc, is old. I just deleted 77 of those error messages. :-(
Fix it and don't charge any subscribers until this is fixed and all former options, like writing mail offline, background mail colours and celebrity voices, are returned. Waiting a half hour for tech support is ridiculous but that seems to be the norm with the new & improved AOL.

I call and am told there is a waiting period of 25 minutes "due to a high volume of calls" we all know that Gold is probably the worst AOL system to be used and we were forced to download and start using it a year ago.
Now, they still have issues and can't restore the former options, like the celebrity voices, background colors i mail or inserting animations and smileys from other web sties.
