We have been members of the AOL family for over 23 years. We called yesterday and was placed on hold for nearly 2 hours. We needed help.
We have been members for over 23 years. We had a problem getting access to AOL mail yesterday. We were put on hold for over 2 hours.
Service like this (or lack thereof) does not speak to well to management's comitment to customer serve.
