    I am despairing of AOL's email 'service.'

    Your email service is defective and unreliable. You are losing my old and recently deleted messages. Your 'technical support' team is not being trained to understand what is actually happening in your email system. Defective and unreliable email (old and recently deleted messages not being kept) makes executing my business difficult. I know you won't do anything about this, or help me, but at least I had the chance to tell you.
