Unfortunately, this does not sound like something we can help with through this forum, however, we do have several different options for you to contact a Technical Support agent who would be glad to assist you. Please reach out to them through one of these methods:

I cannot access my finance portfolio. I cannot see what my stocks are doing. The portfolio does not come up. There seems to be constant problems with the finance portfolios and AOL needs to do something about it. Why are there so many problems? Some vendor is not doing their job!!!!
