Cost of AOL
I am disappointed in the cost of AOL. I remember a few years ago I called and my rate was adjusted to make it more affordable for me. Unfortunately now with my usage limited to an Apple IPad I can’t take advantage of the Desk Top and chat rooms... so basically I’m paying a lot for Emails and news headlines... Can you help?

Why is there no discount of monthly fees for long time customers? I am paying a lot more now than I used to and it is becoming unaffordable with the amount I pay my service provider for internet and everything else every month.

Cost to users is out of hand. When one pays for an aol subscription it should include all add on's currently billed separatel IE anti-virus and other such benefits currently billed for separately. Further, some of us have been using AOL since the early 1990's and perhaps a senior discount should be adopted. Otherwise, AOL's billing levels WILL cause loyal's like myself, to start looking for alternative which as everyone knows, are available in growing numbers.
