Fraudulent Advertising of Products by Featured Advertisers
I purchased a product promoted on your news stories on 11/26/2018. My email to Senzusharpener follows:
My order # **** has been received. However it is not as advertised and is not acceptable.
Both your promotion and the package promise a diamond coated wheel system. I have inspected the three units I purchased and each is equipped with nothing more than blade and ceramic sharpening systems. I could purchase these for much less and, in fact, already own such items.
The sharpening devices are contained in replaceable cartridges. The wrong cartridges have been installed and this is not acceptable.
These items were intended a Christmas gifts and your negligence has caused real problems. They were very desirable.
If the correct correct cartridges cannot be sent to me immediately, I demand a refund of $85.95 as charged for both product and shipping. I can ship the deficient products COD to any address you send or you may email me a prepaid Return Authorization.
I will be reporting this situation to AOL as well.
Sincerely
Dr R** ****
