AOL Desktop Gold Is Horrible
Rather than offering additional plan upgrades and perks, please concentrate on getting back to basics and making AOL Desktop work as it should.
Since AOL/Oath forced all of us loyal, long-time subscribers to change from AOL 9.8, which worked fine, to AOL Desktop Gold, which is horrible beyond description, we have had nothing but serious problems with the software.
These problems include the software refusing to respond, frequent crashes and freezes, features that no longer work, important "Saved To My PC" e-mails and folders that have mysteriously disappeared, backed-up "organize" folders that can no longer be read, and too much more to even mention here.
FIX AOL DESKTOP GOLD, AND DO IT QUICKLY, PLEASE.
