Favourites Bar: why am I no longer able to personalise it? Please change back to the feature where icons can be added and removed.

To add, edit, or rename a favorite icon from the AOL Desktop Gold Toolbar, follow the steps from the article below. Please note that the Toolbar can display a maximum of 25 icons. In case you have reached this limit, you can remove unwanted icons, by right-clicking on them and selecting ‘Remove from toolbar’.

We have asked for several years to be able to customize that part of the toolbar. My suggestions were marked as "reviewed" and "gathering feedback" but no updates yet.

Is there a way for the Finance icon to be edit or remove? Because I do not see that icon is useful for me. I would like to have the ability to be able to remove or change the icon.
