Please dont put blockers on account. We have had an AOL account for eons. Last week there was some kind of blocker the cause my laptop to lock up. Had to shut down every time I opened AOL. I contacted the number on the message about a problem with our account. The lady said we owed $ 28.00 approx, and they would fix if we paid the bill.
Please review our account. Long time user, my wife pays the bills. I think she has done f fine job. I believe wwe have excellent credit and pay our bills. If the bill was a few days late we should not have our service interrupted, and i should not have to write this message. I would like some consideration for my inconvenience. This is not a ggod way tpo retain customers. I have a icloud account and it would be easey to just cancell this account. Please correct this kind of activity if poeple continue to not pay their bills over a period of time then i would understand.

I'm getting "access denied" when I try to submit entries to Publisher's Clearing House. Yesterday I could not access the games and someone at the AOL help line re-installed AOL Gold which seemed to solve the problem of the games. However, I'm still getting "access denied" when I try to submit entries. Please help!!!! This just recently started.
