Why is the expanding Turbo Tax ad still appearing on the Welcome Screen? you sleazy inconsiderate totally incompetent **** have been told and told to remove them permanently, why are they still here? When we say NO to something stupid that you villages idiots do what part of NO don't you understand?

Get the obscene ads from Tophatter off the side of my welcome page. I have children in the house! They don't even change to new ads. They have been on my welcome page for the last 15 minutes and play over and over.

I have to pay an extra $4.99 to remove ads from AOL, but it doesn't work on welcome screen. Either fix this problem or charge less since it's only working for half the problem.

One would think that when you are told NO that you would except our suggestion and not pull this **** again. You totally incompetent desperate bottom feeders were told and told too many times to get rid of the **** Turbo Tax expanding ads on the Welcome Page, why in the **** are we seeing them again? What is wrong with AOL? Are you that desperate to make a buck that you don't give a **** about your paying users who have to contend with this ****?
After seeing it on the Welcome Page and we click it off when we open new pages this **** annoying ad pops up again. When do you inconsiderate incompetent desperate bottom feeders intend to show your paying users some consideration and respect towards us users and cease your unwanted inconsiderate actions? You also need to get rid of the idiots who are responsible for these actions too.
There are also a lot of other issues that you have totally screwed up too like changing the temperature readings on the weather screen. For your info in the U.S. we read the weather in Fahrenheit, why would some idiot at AOL want to change this? We use to have SPAM settings but in one of your updates some idiot at AOL changed this also and now we to constantly the SPAM in our email. It seems that anything that you idiots change in your update your shoddy website gets totally screwed up. Do you give these idiots a bonus whenever they make a screwed up change in your updates? They get a pat on the back for this too? Are we ever going to see any positive changes in your shoddy operations or is it going to continue to go downhill?
When you hire incompetency you can only expect total incompetent results.
