I'd like a telephone number so I can talk to someone in English to make a complaint.
Telephone hold times are totally stupid. I've been on hold now for 20 minutes just to transfer my billing choices to another account.

The third person I talked t didn't understand English. I had to keep repeating the same questions over and over again and he didn't speak English clearly. Also I spent an hour plus just to pay a bill. Mostly on hold or wait a second while my computer pulls up the info. If your service doesn't improve I'll have to find another service please repond to me ia a phone call.

First have a complaint telephone hot line. Second have Quality control call the phone number 1-800-827-6364. The people I talked to didn't speak English without a heavy Indian accent that was understandable. Also the background noise was so loud I wouldn't be able to understand him even if he spoke perfect English. Next person I talked to in the Phillapines (named love) was perfect in all respects
Please get a complaint phone number. Also as of now when you get a complaint letter it goes into a round file on the floor.
