Try to clear the footprints. To do that follow the steps below:

a. In the top left corner of the AOL Desktop window, click “Edit” then choose “Select Footprints to Clear” from the drop-down menu. Select “Clear Footprints” from the Browser Settings. No need to wait for a confirmation message, the Footprints will be cleared immediately.

    It takes over two minutes for AOL Desktop Gold to come up. And why should I continue my subscription if other people can access their mail free and STILL get headline news and weatehr? What am I paying for? You took away our chatrooms, you threw us all into the darkness. Why are you so cruel, when you are taking our MONEY? you need to be in prison
