I received my bill. I did NOT want your "upgrade".
I tried to cancel entirely. Was told I could go back to the $4.99 but aol would not adjust this bill. Really? I did not authorize the new charge. I have been an aol user from the beginning and the service has declined. This is theft. You do not change a rate without agreement.
