Terms Of Service seems to be selective in AOL Chatrooms
AOL reestablished the use of REPORT in their chatrooms...and this sometimes results in a chatroom member losing their screen name for repeated violations...HOWEVER, not all TOS violators wind up losing their screen names and are bullying and harrassing other chatroom members in this one particular chatroom -- ROMANCE 60s PLUS LOVE -- several of the regular members brag that they are "protected" and will nevah lose their screen names while some trying to be honest and forthright lose screen names right and left....ARE THERE PROTECTED MEMBERS IN THE CHATROOMS AND IF SO WHY IS THAT SO? DID NOT THINK AOL ALLOWED FOR ROOM MANAGERS ANY LONGER...PLEASE ADVISE !!!!!

You guys need to do something about SilverOakGrease. This one spammer is going to cause you to lose many customers. It is insane they can continue to send more spam than I have ever seen by one spammer. The spam controls do not work to stop it.
