how very ironic that I find mail from aol in my spam folder
Oh the irony of it all. I find aol mail in the spam folder, and just so the geniuses know, I have marked it as not spam as you feel this is the cure all for this issue. However every day when I get mail from a friend of mine that I've known for 20 years ON AOL his mail is in the spam folder, and every single **** day I mark it as NOT SPAM... and surprise!! the very next day his mail is once again found in my spam folder so again I click that its not spam, and wow, the very next day there his mail is again in the spam folder. This has been ongoing for the past 8 months or so. Just to cover the tech's suggestions, I only use my laptop to access aol, I don't use any portable devices, I have checked repeatedly that my friend's mail is not spam.. Groundhog day over and over, aol continues to be in that loop of being a no service, no solutions to problems, not giving its customers what we pay for and no surprise here, no changes. Groundhog Day... let me go check my spam folder, maybe there are words of wisdom from aol in there yet again.....
