I have had AOL since 1999. When things work, I generally keep them, but when a company continues to make changes without notifying me, and make changes that make more work to do the same thing, I begin to think that perhaps it's time to make a change. Almost every one of my friends and acquaintances who had AOL have left for these same reasons. As a paying customer/user, I do not want to spend hours trying to make things work because you all decided you had a better idea....ugh. We're NOT all IT people, nor do we want to be. We just want to be able to get on AOL, do whatever we need to do and get off. We don't want to have to sit down each time and trying and figure out why something is no longer working and how to fix it.
