Bug Reports Do Not Allow Feedback Communications
Yes, I know the Feedback forum is used for suggestions. Let me tell you why I use it for technical issues.
1. First, the AOL phone tech told me to use the Feedback forum since that forum uses AOL engineers to solve issues.
2. The Feedback tab will sometimes respond to my input. The Bug link will not respond on my reported issues, so my issues remain unsolved and/or undetermined.
3. So here is my SUGGESTION –
When a Bug is reported, report back to the SENDER’S EMAIL ADDRESS for follow-up communication and status. Retain communications through the Sender's email address.
The Bug engineers have no idea if their fix resolved YOUR problem and therefore, leave you stranded not knowing what to do next or even knowing if AOL tried a fix.
