Ruined the great AOL Mailbox
In my opinion you have ruined AOL. The main reason I stayed with it, even tho having an aol email for business is embarrassing, is because your Mailbox was so much more user friendly and capable than other options. I guess no more.Yesterday, the program crashed and closed twice while downloading a pdf. AOL has not crashed on me since 1996.
1 - When there is an attachment and you download, you cannot see the email. You have to close and reopen. If you reply, you get a blank email.
2 - Emails do not always fill in. I search in Old or Sent or New and I know it should be there and the only way to get it is to refresh. THAT NEVER HAPPENED EVER UNTIL TWO MONTHS AGO.This drives me crazy and I know its there, just cannot find it.
3 - That you do not automatically save email addresses is terrible. I find that such a great feature. If I need to email and I cannot remember the name, but the company, it was always there. Now I have to save everything, and put in the name, as it does not just save the email address to the Address Book. If you save just the address it is voided.
4 - Search used to be so fast. I never even thought about it. It would search through thousands of emails seamlessly. Now it is really slow and I am not even sure it is doing it correctly. This is frustrating. I am not sure why you did this, perhaps to make everything more in the cloud. But it has slowed down and made things less efficient for the user.
