Email Unavailable
The ONLY reason I keep a subscription to AOL Desktop Gold is to have access to my email in case something goes wrong with the way I usually access my email, through my AOL account through Google Chrome. For the past hour I've been unable to get my email either way, you are not responding to Chat, and I've been on the phone awaiting for help and getting none. What am I paying for? What good in my Gold account if its useless in an emergency and your staff is unavailable to assist?
