Quit lying to paying customers and giving lame excuses for NOT doing your job when I PAY for service and only get lies, dumb and lame excuse
Hire competent people who can do the job I pay for. Stupid, dumb, over paid idiots answer phone and lie to me for 60 minutes and can't answer simple questions. They have NO, repeat NO, supervisors or ANYONE who can answer simple questions ( WHY CAN'T I RECEIVE aol, THAT I PAY FOR.?? Pay them they are worth - NOTHING!! or just cancel my lack of service.
