I would like to be able to retrive my email and use my favorites
Make your service actually work. I've spent hours on the phone with your techs and reported the "BUG" numerous time with no solution.
I'm a VERY VERY LONG TIME PAYING CUSTOMER. Your lack of customer service is AWFUL!!!!!

AOL Is The PITS. The techs have not solved my problems. There is NO RESPONSE when I've reported the bugs. Most days after MULTIPLE sign off and on I am finally able to use my favorites. Today - It is now 2:32 pm and I've been trying since about 8:30 am. NO LUCK with that or my email I have to go to Chrome to get my emails. That is not an aol service!!! What am I paying for???
