Create new folder
I posted that the create folder thing is grayed out. You told me to go to the saved on AOL and right click and you can create a new folder there. Fine but that is extra work. You used to be able to click on a specific email and if you want to create a folder with that email you can do that and it goes right in there. Now you have to create the folder and move the email from there. Can't you ungray the create folder to have both options?
