I'm getting so SICK of AOL Desktop Gold going into (NOT RESPONDING)! I pay monthly for this and it's the worst EVER!
Fix the NOT RESPONDING message that keeps locking up my AOL GOLD!
I'm very close to close my AOL account and go elsewhere!
FIX IT!

Unfortunately, my boss has used AOL since she was a little girl. Now that she's grown and owns a business, she likes using AOL for our business, but I find it useless as I'm unable to retrieve emails threads when talking with clients.

Why are we seeing ads when we're paying for a service? I can understand if this was free, but come on. All this does is slow it down even more. -

Last night I had "Not Responding" for an hour, and then just gave up ! As you mentioned, this makes AOL Gold useless.

Weekly i report issues here to AOL and just like the federal government nothing gets done! AOL is repeatedly freezing up

For over a month AOL has been (Not Responding) every couple of minutes, literally! This essentially makes AOL unusable. I thought it was because I was using it on a wireless connection, but I connected to a wire line and the problem is as bad a ever. I am on the verge of cancelling my AOL and going elsewhere if this cannot be fixed, and SOON!
