addressbook is gone

i have called service. All address contacts are not showing up. Service did not help. Why am I responding here when it states that this is not monitored for support issues. This is not a solution.

    I cannot launch or access my address book on my AOL Desktop Gold and AOL Mail in Firefox. It has been a long time since I have launched it myself, but I did not make any changes on the saved links that may tamper the saved link to this favorite tab. I cannot loose my saved address I kept over the years. please rectify asap thank you
