    The instructions for changing the time on your computer can be dependent upon the version of your Windows Operating System. Please call one of our service technicians at 866-265-5070. They will be able to help you further.

  2. spam delete

    Two agents told me AOL Gold spam deletes and goes into the recently deleted file. Not so for me and I have an AOL customer since the 1990's. This issue just started. I don't have time to delete spam mssgs then have to read and delete permanently out of my recently deleted email folder. Maybe it is time to cancel AOL.

    on one of my screen names it asks me to click on an approval for new terms of service. why does it not ask that for my other screen names? sounds to me like a hacking scheme

    With latest update everything lags. Took me forever to type this. Had to wait until a letter appeared to type another letter. Do you not test before you release a version? Also, getting not responding again!!! Please fix this.

  8. AOL Desktop Gold feels plain and a bit boring

    I think AOL Desktop Gold would be much better if it brought back AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) as part of the platform. Back in the days of AOL 9.0, AIM was a huge part of why people stayed logged in—it gave AOL personality and made it fun to connect with friends in real time.

    Right now, AOL Desktop Gold feels plain and a bit boring because there’s not much to do besides email and basic browsing. Bringing back AIM, even in a modernized form, could make AOL Desktop Gold more interactive, social, and appealing to both long-time members and new…

  9. web sites can't be reached, Copy text issue, spam moving,

    Lately AOL keeps saying that some sites cannot be reached. That makes no sense as I can reach them through Google Chrome.

    Also, when you copy something to put it in an email it puts it in twice.

    When you move an email from spam to new mail it does not go into new mail right away. The number of new mail shows it is in there but it isn't until whenever it decides to go there.

    None of this makes any sense.

  13. Next time you have an upgrade try not to have it affect access

    A weeks ago on AOL a popup came up about an upgrade and I clicked it on and after that, I was not able to access AOL from the icon I have on my desktop. Your support team worked on this but when we kept trying to access it again from desktop again, it wasn't opening as it should

    We purchased NordVPN from AOL. For months is opened via my Start Menu. NOW, it does not open and wants me to have an account--WHY

  18. PayPal not working with AOL. Transactions do not complete.

    PayPal does not work/complete transactions with AOL browser. Switched to EDGE and PayPal works fine. Need to fix AOL

  19. Staff training: efficient customer SERVICE focus

    Your online how to change password instructions are incorrect (No Account Security page/link-- it goes to Log In screen, without Change Password option).

    I called for assistance, Tina asked more than 6 verification questions without starting pw change. I asked her to focus on resetting my password but she said more 'verification" was needed. When I did not have the last 4 digits of my credit card payment handy, she said I didn't know the answers so she couldn't reset the password. I said I answered more than 6 questions already and spent 30+ minutes trying to update my pw,…

  20. Manage mail listings better.

    Please fix the jumble where mail is listed. I am IT professional. You can do better. There is no way to correct the jumble except to exit AOL and restart. Crude programming.

Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu. 3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.
