  1. remove extra step instituted yesterday re heart and insert mail article directly into e mail

    as of yesterday you have an extra step to insert an article that i am sending with an e mail after clicking on the heart
    This is completely un necessary and whomever sold AOL this bill of goods should be fired and AOL should eliminate it from their menu and return to clicking on the heart and it s automatically inserted into the e mail without the extra step which just adds to the concentration being interrupted and very confusing especially since there is no need for it Perhaps this is why so many people are getting away from AOL…

  3. icon delete message

    Need to learn how to remove the 3 icons that now come up for each message (Delete - Mark as Read - Mark as Spam) when using mouse. (I'm a long term AOL user and these are brand new recently!) They block out the subject and make it difficult to work efficiently. Please help!

  4. My idea is there is no security for your users to protect them from Hackers

    I think AOL (as one of the oldest and most used email sources) should spare no resource to expose, punish, and eliminate the ones who HACK an AOL account and send out requests for credit card payment. How do they get control of your email address book? This should be totally unreachable by anyone without strict entry protocol It is time to tighten up the use of a subscribers address book so outsiders cannot access it.

  5. AOL Desktop Gold - Autosaving Contacts

    I have been a faithful PAYING customer for decades. One of the reasons I pay and don't go through browser is that I NEED THE AUTOSAVING CONTACTS FEATURE ON THE ADDRESS BOOK. I am told by tech support that this has been eliminated and I WANT TO KNOW WHY. THIS IS NOT FAIR. CAN IT BE BROUGHT BACK. I will most probably stop paying if it is not. Kay Kahle

    AOL Return Responses – Notify Us

    When submitting a Bug or Feedback report, why can’t AOL send an email indicating they have responded with an answer?

    Finding your responses on Feedback can be difficult and I usually don’t take the time to check, since often there are no responses. All you need to do is to link our email address, which is included in our report, to your responses.

  9. AOL pays no attention to any of this. Its just your steam valve, and they know it.

    Regardless of your connection speed or internet service provider, be it AT&T, Verizon, Cox, et al, AOL continues to be Dog Slow in connections regardless of your rated connection speed. This is true anywhere in the USA and worse outside the country. Don't believe me? Compare it to any other platform, browser and service provider, say like Firefox. AOL is now routinely unfair and dishonest and offers the AOL GOLD program rife with problems and inherent weaknesses.

  18. Why do I constantly have to sign up to post, refresh AOL

    Why do I constantly have to refresh my screen, get Sign Up to Post, err on network connections.... if you want me to cancel my subscription just say so... this is aggravating

  19. My email is not saving to both computer folder and AOL web side

    If I save an email to an email folder on my laptop computer it saves and then closes itself and goes to the email trash can. This means anything opened and saved cannot be seen on the web side of the AOL email from other devices like my phone. This is very very bad. I spoke with Paul at AOL and I was told they are opening a tech ticket and will respond to me with more info once they know what the problem is.
