chat line hours is incorrect
The chat line hours shows 24 /7 but its only saying from 8am -1am. Its lacking 7 hours. Please have check so as not to confuse members.

Support deficiencies in AOL
Your "chat" is the worst! I am a paying customer and have been on "hold" for over an hour on the phone and so I tried the "chat" and that is just as bad. You need to start providing better support to keep the few paying accounts you still have! I have been a member for almost 30 years!

Bulk Deletion of Emails
I want to sort by sender and then delete in bulk depending on the sender. But, I cannot use the shift-click the first and then click the last to select large numbers of emails from the same sender. I have to physically click each box while holding down the ctrl key, This is very very slow and inefficient when I am trying to clean up over 45,000 emails, as this is 45,000 clicks when it should only be a few hundred. Am I missing something?

Restore original AOL features and Upgrade Values of News Content
There are many issues that need to be addressed in AOL Gold and I have reached out many times to customer service. It takes 15 minutes for the program to let me sign in... My major complaint is the content in which AOL is reporting in the news feed. It is one step away from The Nat'l Enquirer. Celebrities who crave publicity and crooks who prey on children seem to spotlight the headlines. I won't bother mentioning politics since we all are aware of the bias...AOL used to give choices as to what news we need on a daily basis.…

Lighten up on the selected words that are censored, there are a lot of word aol articles used, words in your article are worse than what we are trying to comment on. Please quit re-posting articles from the past its really getting boring and forcing us to go to other browsers. You maybe don't have to post 80 articles a day that last 3-4 days at a time. Your taking away our 1st amendment.

NO SLIDESHOW capability on AOL GOLD, but it's on the FREE AOL. WHY?
Slideshow capability for email containing photographs is a very desirable and in most cases necessary. But, this feature does not exist on the paid AOL GOLD program, but is included on the FREE AOL email program. Why is this? And why can't they simply include this valuable feature in the AOL GOLD Browser and program which we pay for? Who's running the place at AOL? Verizon? Oath? Anybody?

I am a longtime AOL customer with the latest updates. The suggestion I am hereby making is relatively small but would improve my experience. Almost every time I sign on to AOL, I get an immediate suggestion that I would benefit from subscribing to "Techfort" or "System Mechanic". I am a long time subscriber to BOTH of these programs. These offers then require their deletion before moving on to my desired activities. An AOL filter that removes these offers from those of us who already have these programs would be nice. aol not letting me add address to adress book another wee of a broken product!
Common verizon as much as i pay for your phones then 6 bucks a month for repair service you would think this would work!

Print Preview
Get rid of print preview or at least make a way to turn it off. It just adds extra steps to a process that is already too slow.

AOL desktop gold mailbox folder is confusing when the inbox is on the top of the new &old
Wanted to create a way for the mailbox folder to be customized by the customer. The number of the mail in the folder should not be in BOLD characters.

When saved Password is not accepted, why doesn't it save the TYPED in one?
Several times, upon going to a Facebook URL, I get INCORRECT PASSWORD. I've TYPED in the new one, but AOL GOLD does not ask if I want to replace the old.
When I went to settings>Browser>password .. There was no Facebook password saved?
No matter how it was lost, why wasn't a "Want to Save PW asked?" -

why am i seeing hundreds of deleted, sent, old messages in mail.... whats going on..

Apparently a new update forces a "print preview" for printing an email before you can go to the print box. This is tedious - let us disable!
Allow print preview to be disabled for printing emails.

I have another E mail account which has a procedure to show me my password if I forget it. On my ** account I have a password locked in for years but I do not remember it. What is the procedure to show my password on the AOL account for ****???
