Welcome page.
From now on, the very first thing I'm going to do when signing on is IMMEDIATELY close the welcome page. It has become nothing but ads and clickbait and links to "news" that are nothing more than clickbait, too.
OATH is a ***** company with a ***** product and once I am no longer stuck with having to use your piece of **** program, I'll be gone.

export Feature not working
My export feature is not working on my primary account there for I can not save any information that is SAVED ON MY PC please send help. Just spent 2+ hours on phone with tech support and unable to solve the problem. Need to transfer information Really getting tired of not being able to get the help I need.

Can't rotate pictures received since went to AOL Desktop Gold.

AOL.s (VERIZON "OATH") is NOW "FULLY" controlling my AOL E-MAIL ... and you need to stop this **** "immediately"
Now that you 'selectively censored' who I get my e-mail from - You need to restore my e-mail servive to what it was previously, and IMMEDIATELY ... or you'll have to answer to my Congress persons !!
Btw, I'll actually (hand) WRITING to them on this "complaint" tommorrow .. because you already have too much control over my internet, and 'far over' and "above" your "TOS rules" -

Aluminum foil ALERT! ALARM! 11 pages later, after passing through 11 pages of ads (can't believe I pay to be a member of this ****), I find that nah, ain't no big deal about aluminum - just don't cook fish w/lemon on it. Give me a break. Who on earth didn't know that?

Be able to turn off the hover feature over the read mail feature.
This feature gets in my way.

give your paying customers a way to block all unwanted email--what you offer isn't workable. I don't begrudge your making money from the damnable email junk ads--but don't double dip--either you get money from them, or me--but not botth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am sick of getting literally dozens of 'admin@" 'reply to@ 'info@" webserv@" etc. etc. etc. each every hour of the day and night.
DO SOMETHING!!! ALLOW YOUR CUSTOMERS TO PERMANENTLY BLOCK ALL ADS WITH 1 (ONE) STROKE. -

Why has AOL switched from the 2000 year old use of AD to the modern anti Christ use of CE?

There are NUMEROUS 'suggested' problems not being fixed.
I, and others, have been suggesting problems that need to be fixed - yet none are being done ever since you've forced users onto the Gold Beta.
Will this BETA ever get the fixes being asked for?

Cannot " collapse " the toolbar
Before gold , we could hide the icons in the toolbar .Now when you type toolbar into KeyWord ,it gives you an aol search

Mich lottery now requires location be turned 'on'
How do I turn it on for AOL Gold browser? It is on in W10 and Edge but Gold browser doesn't function without in being 'on'.
