Customer Service Survey
AOL should put out a customer survey to gauge how they are doing.
I think they already know how DISSATISFIED we are but it never hurts to be in touch with the people that use and pay for their product. -
Have some agents know how to answer help questions even though they are scared to answer negative questions about there AOL

expand your browser
Your advice on how to expand your browser makes no sense. Step 1, Open screen you want to expand. You can't open the screen because it says Expand Your Browser. That is the problem. Catch 22.

What's this "points" stuff in the comment section?
How are points awarded for posts in the comment section? Seems to me like someone there has too much time on his/her hands (their would be improper usage).

Recently AOL GOLD changed the email program so that if I have an email open and another email lands in my mail folder, the open email automatically moves to Old Mail. It is very inefficient to have to move to old mail to delete the email I just finished.

About to end by multi year relationship with AOL
In recent weeks I have switched from my banking (B of A) from AOL to Google. I can no longer sign into my health plan on AOL. It is Kaiser. My game playing has dwindled to two games and tonight I've decided to skip them. I know AOL is virtually free; I do pay for AOL Desktop Gold. Customer help is good. i have come to a point where I am deciding whether to switch my email to Google. I have a Google email address. More: Photo cannot be sent to AOL from my phone. Passwords have to be entered…

Incognito type browsing option on AOL
Provide a blind search or browsing option / experience like Google Incognito. I hate to search or open a web page for a hotel or vacation for general information and then constantly get E-mails and pop up ads for that item. This does not happen with Incognito and there is no browsing history.

Allow users to select whether ITK runs or not. The feature is very annoying as it is visually distracting.
