It is socially irresponsible to allow HealthyGem & Ice Pop to advertise prods that may not be available soon incites panic during virus
Shame on you for posting ads in the rotator by Healthy Gen and Ice Pop that there may not be products available soon. In this time during the virus you just incite panic and it is socially irresponsible. People are asked to be out as little as possible and these types of ads just cause people to panic and run to the stores. AOL you should do your part in helping during this time not causing more distress.

WHEN I HIT THE ENTER KEY TO SEND A MESSAGE, IT IS NOT SENT. I MUST CLICK ON THE SEND ICON NOW. NOT AS IT WAS BEFORE. ALSO THE FONT ISSUE.
WHEN I AM USING A CHAT ROOM AND TRYING TO SEND A POST--- WHEN IN HIT THE ENTER KEY THE POST IS NOT SENT. I MUST CLICK SEND. ALSO THE FONT OF MY NEWS PAGES AND TEXT IS NOT THE SAME SINCE I HAD AOL TECH WORK ON THIS.

Suggest you offer an option in the settings for mail to always show oldest "New" mail at the top, and newest at the bottom permanently. Currently, I have to click on 'Date' every time to reverse the order of display!

Please develop a way to copy a mail folder to a thumbdrive. I assume it would have to be encrypted and then unencrypted.
Develop a way to copy individual AOL mail or an AOL mail folder to a thumbdrive. I assume it would be encrypted somehow for AOL only when it is saved. But, then an AOL unencryption program or another AOL Gold Program could read it from the thumbdrive.

Default mail settings
How to change default type face Set as Courier new and has to be changed every time. Should have something in set up to select a default type face

Background color changing
Allow for "night mode" on AOL Desktop Gold, had eye surgery and its hard to see the black font against white background. I wish there was a way to change the colors so I can view and see better.

Please upgrade your Billing System to allow Members to pay manually without using your Auto Pay system, I find it very inconvenient that I have to call in every month (my paydays do fall near my billing date) to make a payment over the phone, plus; there's no option to post a different amount other than what is owed.

INVALID REPLY FROM SUPPORT
The following was reported by me yesterday, the INVALID REPLY is below it..
THIS IS A BUG REPORT TO THE PROGRAMMERS, NOT FOR THE HELPLESS PHONE SUPPORT PEOPLE.
It does remove the 'hard-to-see' red check, but leaving the senders ID and subject in gray makes it blend in with all the emails that had been read.

When I'm using Aol Desktop Gold, I wanted to have the check box beside the "from" field.
The "from' field makes organizing my mails easier, like wise when deleting them.

Export Address Book in AOL Gold to the AOL App
I have been told by AOL Tech Support that the address book from Desktop Gold or aol.com cannot be obtained from the cell phone app of AOL. I would like this added so I do not have to log onto a computer to obtain contact information such as telephone numbers, addresses, notes, etc. Just having their email address available is not enough when you are away from your computer. If not possible, please make it easy to export this information to another email app or program such as Outlook or Google.

allow us to use the tab key to put more space in between embedded pictures in the mail. Now I can only use the spacebar, and only lets me enter one space in between.

Using AOL Help Page is Useless
Using the listings on the Help page are hopeless. When trying to look up exact words listed on your webpage or words listed in your toolbar and elsewhere, an unmanageable list appears. They are not in any type of order or group. The Search option is useless.
For example, when I tried looking up Toolbar – Quick View, I finally stopped after going through 10 pages.

get rid of the miami herald for local news for south florida each time you try to read a story when you click on continue for the news story all you get if 15.99 to read it . i am already paying for aol service and always got local news without an extra charge please fix
