  1. AOL is not preventing spam from Japan (.jp) going into SPAM folder

    Lately, I've been receiving excessive emails from Japan (.jp) in my SPAM folder. This type of email should be blocked from even going into my SPAM folder.

    In general, the amount of all emails going into my SPAM folder varies from a few a day to literally 100 per day. Why is this count so inconsistent?

    I had to delete AOL because I thought software was corrupted. I've been trying to download AOL Desktop Gold for two days but can't see how to do it without downloading other *. You need to have a site so people can find it and download it easily. Frustrated and ***.

  4. New update resets all of my preferences?!

    WTF?! All of my window size and position settings were reset with the latest update, as well as other preference settings?!! DON'T DO THAT AGAIN. It's a huge inconvenience and a bonehead mistake by your programmers. STOP RELEASING UPDATES WHEN THEY ARE CLEARLY NOT READY. Ain't nobody got time for this shizz. 😡😡😡

  5. Browser/Email problems

    I'm having a number of problems. When I delete one email from my mailbox, it frequently deletes the next 2 or 3 as well. Loading emails to read often requires several attempts since the email shows up blank. Pages I am reading often close out with an aol search error message even though it was loaded correctly. The system has slowed down.

  6. Enlarging a page

    When I try to enlarge a website by using the square box next to the red X, there's a pop-up showing a multiple split screen overlay. Please omit the split screen feature. All I want to do is enlarge the page like before.

  9. I am disappointed that it seems the old desktop gold is gone, and what I get is the form that's accessible online when going to aol.com. I

    I'm afraid I don't have an idea for you. It seems it isn't worth my while to stick with my old paid aol membership, if I have to have the welcome screen be the same as the free one online. I'm still on the fence, but I think I may cancel after 25+ years of membership.

  11. AOL Desktop Beta (allow installation on Admin accounts)

    Please allow the installer to work on full Admin accounts. Trying to test it in CrossOver for Linux but the installer wont work due to that.

    Installing the AOL Desktop Gold software as an Admin can have some adverse effects due to the installation location being different for Admin than a normal user. We recommended that you install the software as the same level user that will be launching the software each time.

    After reviewing this issue, we have determined that the root cause is due to a change in Windows print behavior. We are working them to understand why windows print preview is causing this issue.

  13. AOL freezes when I try to send an email even if it does not have an attachment.

    Fix AOL. Improve the server. Get a faster and larger main frame.

  15. Scam Messages

    I get at least 3 scam messages every day. The say I won something, an account of mine will be cancelled or my my computer has several viruses. I need to contact them immediately. It would be nice to be able to report these to AOL and once verified by AOL do not allow them through the system at all. Some probably use different addresses but AOL should be able to quickly identify them all by the common message. It is time for the various email networks do something.

  19. Unable to add multiple email addresses

    When I try to add multiple contacts into the " To" line the line moves in the content box after typing 2 contacts, and then i need to click again on the " to" line and type in another contacts, then the bar moves again

  20. Carousel on Aol Desktop Gold

    my computer was hacked and after that my aol desktop gold not orking properly the carousel on the aol desktop gold is too small and whe i print an email as per tech support report a bug but theres also an error message
