mail does not get moved correctly, even though the banner says it was moved to the intended location. it just disappears completely.
Previously I was able to move items into the preferred folder/s. Now getting ready to leave AOL completely. New mail appears in spam or trash. When I want to move it now, it goes somewhere untraceable.

AOL e-mail became too complicated using Outlook or Thunderbird. So I use a different main Provider and don't even delete old mails in AOL.
Since the Security requirements avoided using AOL with Microsoft Outlook some years ago, I have another favourite provider. I always tidyed up my account using Outlook, so I don't delete old advertisement mails any more. Other Providers make it easier to use Outlook or Thunderbird.

Please remove the need for a third party password generator since it doesn't work
I understand wanting to make things more secure, but enhancing security won't be beneficial if people stop using their AOL emails altogether out of frustration. The third party password generator has yet to work, despite trying it over the span of a few months. This means that users have to have a completely separate app for their AOL emails, which makes having an AOL account inconvenient.

Why are deleted emails on my android AOL (Google Pixel 7 Pro) not deleted on my windows 11 AOL App?... It's is vey annoying!

Please restore old, basic format. The new one is frustrating, hard to use and just plain dysfunctional! Otherwise I will look elsewhere.

Can you please give us an "unread" folder OPTION? I don't like my "read" and "unread" mail, all being in the same box.
I need my read and unread mail in different places after I've opened them already. Can you please give us the option to have folders that contains completely new as well as already read email?

There is something very wrong somewhere!! If I open an email and keep it as new, BUT then I go back a page the email is still open!

something us seriously messed up and needs to be addressed. I've gotten week or more old emails pop up LATE, read/old mail won't move, etc.
Either go back to previous version or do something to fix/patch the bugs in new version.

I like the old AOL it was very clear where is the sent button? you have to push 1800 100 things and then you finally finally find it
I like the old look and feel of AOL this is way too hard to find things.... like they sent button and what does starred even mean?

when I click on a subscription it won't let me see it
