  2. Set the mobile app so that you can go into your account and make changes like payment info etc. The mobile app is useless.

  3. Please make your spam filter adjustable!

    Your spam filter marks lots of mails as false positives. I can't understand why replies to mails, that I sent in the first place, are considered spam. Due to this strange behavior I missed lots of emails already until I found out that they were moved to the spam folder...

    I would highly appreciate it if you could make the spam filter adjustable:
    1. Add settings to make the filter strict or less strict
    2. Allow the user to disable the spam filter
    3. Setting to mark emails as spam (e.g., via flag in the email header) but disable to…

  4. unwanted e mail senders which refuse to allow opt out feature. also many senders are click bait operators or have invalid scam addresses

    allow subscribers to remove click bait and scam operators. my daily box is flooded and I can't remove those from future sendings.

  7. go back to make it possible to always open in mail. you/it defaults opening in your ridiculous woke news feed... I'll never use aol as a ne

    Hi there. Please make sure you have the latest update to the UI, One UI 5.1. You can go to your device's settings, tap on ''Software update'' to see if this update is available for you. If it's not, please try again later. Additionally, if you do have this version, please check to have the latest keyboard 5.6.10.25. Settings>General management>Keyboard list and default>Samsung Keyboard>About Samsung Keyboard (bottom of page)>Update.

  15. Enable screen rotation within the AOL app for Android

    Although auto-rotate is enabled in all of our Android devices (Samsung tablets and phones running Android 7 through 13), the AOL app will not rotate. This is a problem because many emails (like some from Amazon) display as long lines of too-small-to-read text. Please fix this to enable rotation.

    when creating files it is terrible. AOL limits the ability to name a file to something like 9 letters. need more space to name newly created files.

  18. permanently delete the email when I delete it not send it back to me

    why don't you fix it. why are you going to ask if you're doing nothing about it? it's abusive to make someone continuously delete the same emails.

  19. change the dictionary so that after a word is added it is not flagged as a misspelling.

    example: I have a friend named "Propper" -- I really do-- I added his name to the dictionary, but it continues to be flagged as a misspelling. Another: i have invented the word, "automagically" and added it to my dictionary, yet it always gets flagged. What's the point of having a personal dictionary if adding something to it is ignored?
