  5. Can you regain the trust and patronage ofDrs., politicians and many businesses that do not accept AOL e-dresses as a means of communication.

    Too many businesses, Drs., government agencies and others do not accept AOL e-dresses as a means of communication. This is very frustrating for an AOL subscriber.

  8. 1. Stop disabling auto-rotate randomly. 2. Drop the annoying "add contacts" popup. You already know all the contacts I want you to know.

    Tell your update team to insure auto rotate works on EVERY update. In other words, stop being sloppy.

  9. Bring back the chat option. Also, the old version of the email. Everything that's popular in the new social media AOL did back in the 90s.

    The 90s AOL was better than Facebook or Twitter. Go back to that.

  11. Please tell Edward McAllister and Editors Michele Gershberg and Sara Ledwith that the country is called, "The Gambia," and not "Gambia."

    The author repeatedly and incorrectly referred to The Gambia as simply, Gambia, in a lengthy article about toxic medications imported from India that killed numerous children in The Gambia who were suffering from non-life threatening illnesses. The article appeared on AOL's main news page. Please improve writing and editing.

  16. Landscape and sync

    2 ideas: Any plans to reinstate landscape, disappeared a year or so ago, so I can read emails on my Motorola Android phone?
    It's been 4 years and sync of changes still doesn't work either, any plans to fix that? Oh, and why hasn't it been done already? Such a pain to have to do adds and deletes twice to get desktop and phone in sync manually in this high tech world. Thank you in advance for your comments.

  20. tell us how to forward mail from AOL (verizon.net) to a Gmail account.

    when mail comes in via my verizon.net account, it's sent to the AOL mailbox. I want all verizon.net incoming mail to land in my gmail.com mailbox.
